VICOSYS (VICO Systems Limited) was founded in Hong Kong in 2007 to give companies a digital partner that designs, builds and keeps running the products they depend on. We started with open-source content management systems — Joomla, WordPress, Drupal and Umbraco — and have grown into websites, mobile apps, business systems, Odoo ERP, hosting and AI, all delivered by one in-house team.
Nearly two decades on, our clients include broadcasters, insurers, satellite operators, public bodies and listed companies, some of whom have worked with us for more than ten years. We treat every client as a long-term partner: we listen first, involve you at every stage, and stay accountable long after launch.

We build on platforms you own: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla and Umbraco for content-led sites, native iOS and Android for apps, Odoo for ERP and CRM, and custom systems where off-the-shelf software stops. No proprietary builders and no lock-in — the site, the code and the hosting are yours.

Designers, developers, project managers, SEO specialists and hosting engineers work under one roof in Hong Kong, with sister companies in Taipei and Melbourne. Delivery in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese is built into every project from day one, not added at the end.

Testing, a vulnerability scan with Nessus — or your SRAA / third-party report — with the findings fixed, then a controlled go-live.
Where most agencies stop, and we do not: monitoring, maintenance and improvements under an SLA.
Security practice
Government and public-body work comes with SRAA (Security Risk Assessment and Audit) requirements, and we treat every project the same way: secure-by-default builds, a vulnerability scan with Nessus or your third-party report before go-live, findings remediated and documented, and security patching under an SLA afterwards.
Accessibility as standard
We design to WCAG standards from the first wireframe. Our work for HKCEC and the Hong Kong Productivity Council — and our own site — holds Gold in the Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme. Accessible sites rank better, load faster and serve everyone.
