01 — The challengeMaking it easy to give.
The Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Society has been helping cancer patients overcome cancer since 1963, and public donations sustain that work.
The Society needed a donation journey that is simple for one-off and monthly donors alike, and a way for each fundraising campaign to show supporters how much has been raised.
02 — What we builtA clear path from intent to donation.
- Bilingual (English / Traditional Chinese) donation form with monthly and one-off giving.
- Online donation — donors complete the form, then are redirected to pay — with credit cards through Global Payments and QR-code payments through Recon for Alipay, WeChat Pay, Octopus and PayMe, alongside guidance on other donation methods.
- Fundraiser campaign pages with live fund counting: every transaction and form entry is saved in the CMS and the donor logs, and drives each campaign’s total and progress bar.
- Text-size controls and one-tap sharing to social and messaging channels.
- Design, development and ongoing maintenance, all by VICOSYS.
