01 — The challengeOne developer, many launches.
Since 2016 VICOSYS has been a standing digital partner for Sun Hung Kai Properties’ residential launches. Each new development — Garden Regency, Sierra Sea, YOHO WEST PARKSIDE, Park YOHO and more — needs its own website ready for the sales launch, kept current through the campaign, and matched by eDMs, posters and banners that carry the same look.
02 — What we builtWebsites and campaign creative, launch after launch.
- Websites designed, built on Joomla and maintained for individual developments, including Garden Regency, Sierra Sea, YOHO WEST PARKSIDE and Park YOHO.
- Launch-ready delivery: each site goes live for the sales launch and is updated throughout the campaign.
- eDM design for buyer communications and campaign announcements.
- Posters and banners for the developments, on site and online, in the same visual language as each website.
- Ongoing maintenance and content updates since 2016.
