Mobile App Development in Hong Kong.
A great app earns a place on your customer’s home screen. We design and develop native iOS and Android apps for Hong Kong businesses — from the first idea, through design and engineering, to launch on the App Store and Google Play, and the support that keeps it running.
Apps people keep on the home screen
Most apps are deleted within a week. The ones that survive do one job clearly and do it fast. We start by finding that job — the core thing your app has to be good at — and cut everything that competes with it. A focused first release beats a feature list every time.
Built native, tested on real devices
We build native where it counts, because performance and platform feel are what separate a good app from a wrapped website. Every build is tested on real hardware, not just simulators — across the range of iPhones and Android devices your customers in Hong Kong actually carry.
What we build
Customer-Facing Apps
Consumer and member apps — loyalty, booking, ordering, account self-service — designed to be opened again, not just installed once.
Internal Business Tools
Apps for the people who do the work: field operations, inventory, inspections and approvals, built around your actual process.
System Extensions
Apps that put your existing website, CRM or ERP in your customers’ and staff’s pockets — connected through clean, documented APIs.
UX & Prototyping
Flows and interface design, prototyped so you can hold and feel the app before a line of production code is written.
Platforms we build on
In Hong Kong most businesses need both stores. We will tell you when native is worth it and when cross-platform will do — and we can phase them.
Native iOS
iPhone and iPad apps built in Swift — the best performance, the best feel, and full access to platform features.
Native Android
Kotlin apps built for the full range of Android devices your customers actually carry in Hong Kong.
Cross-Platform
One codebase for both stores when budget or timeline calls for it — we tell you honestly when it fits and when it does not.
Back End & APIs
We build the server side too, so your app and your existing systems speak the same language from day one.
From idea to the App Store.
We define the users, the core job the app does, and the must-have first release.
UX flows and UI design, prototyped so you can feel it before we build it.
Native development, integrations, and rigorous testing on real devices.
App Store and Google Play submission and review, handled for you end to end.
Updates, OS compatibility, crash monitoring and improvements after launch.

Why VICOSYS for mobile
Shipping since 2007
An in-house team that has shipped apps across industries — and maintained them through every iOS and Android generation since.
Design and build together
Both under one roof. No hand-offs between a design agency and a dev shop, and no one to point at when something slips.
We build the back end too
Your app and your systems speak the same language, because the same team builds both sides of the API.
Bilingual by default
EN and 繁中 across the interface, the store listings and the support — standard for our Hong Kong clients.

ALL PROJECTSFAQ
Should I build for iOS, Android, or both?+
We advise based on where your users actually are. In Hong Kong many businesses need both — but they rarely need both on day one. We can phase them so the first release ships sooner.
Native or cross-platform?+
Native gives the best performance and the most native feel; cross-platform can be faster and cheaper from one codebase. We recommend based on your goals and budget, and we will tell you plainly when cross-platform is the wrong call.
How long does an app take to build?+
A focused first release is typically 3–5 months from kickoff to store approval. We agree the scope and timeline up front, then ship in sprints so you see progress throughout.
Do you handle App Store submission?+
Yes — we manage the full App Store and Google Play submission and review process, including store listings, screenshots and privacy declarations in both languages.
What happens after launch?+
Apps need maintenance in a way websites do not: every iOS and Android release can break something. We keep your app compatible, monitor crashes, and ship improvements under a support plan.
