GagaOOLala is the first and only online subscription service created for LGBTQ audience in Taiwan. Provided by Portico Media, who helped founded Taiwan International Queer Film Festival (TIQFF) and Queermosa Awards, GagaOOLala is Portico Media’s latest effort to bring LGBTQ stories around the world to reach wider audience.
GagaOOLala had been worked with VICOSYS in 2016 to provide the best experience in watching online movies, through this platform, audiences may enjoy their favorite movies anytime and anywhere.
VICOSYS has used custom content management system, which is based on a popular PHP CodeIgnitor Framework, to develop the website for GagaOOLala to facilitate unique and highly customized features, such as online subscription and online movies.
Movies’ details are organized in stack card format, audiences can view movies and introduction without hassle. The website integrated credit card payment which allow audiences to enroll and pay for subscription directly online.
