How long does a custom system take to build?+
Most systems ship a first working release in 8–16 weeks. We scope a minimum usable system first, launch it, then extend it in sprints — you are never waiting a year for value.
Can you integrate with our existing CRM / ERP?+
Yes — integration is half of what this service is. We work with modern APIs and legacy interfaces alike, and we document every integration so you are never locked in.
Do you also build AI into systems?+
Yes, through our AI Development & AI Agents service. Systems and AI are scoped together on one project, so the AI runs on the data the system already holds.
Who maintains the system after launch?+

Do you work in both English and Chinese?+
Yes. Bilingual delivery (EN / 繁) across UI, documentation and support is standard for our Hong Kong clients.
Do you support SRAA for government and public-sector projects?+
Yes. Government and public-body systems go through a Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA) before launch. We build to the requirements from the start, fix the findings from the audit and the security scans, and support the re-test until sign-off — as we have for West Kowloon Cultural District, RTHK and HKSTP. Vulnerability scanning is done with Nessus, or from a third-party scan report your organisation provides — we complete the fixes either way.
